Coaching sessions are available by phone, encrypted video, or in person. The number and length of sessions depend on your specific needs. During coaching sessions we’ll discuss your progress towards your goals, the actions you’ve taken, and the results achieved. We’ll also celebrate your successes and determine next steps. Between sessions you’ll complete agreed upon activities ranging from journaling, reading articles, to research, etc. If you desire help in processing and healing events from the past, professional counseling or psychotherapy is a better choice. Coaching is always present and future focused and is most appropriate when there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, and you are ready to take action to achieve the results you desire.
