I offer coaching in the following areas:

Coaching sessions are available by phone or in person. The number and length of sessions depend on your specific needs. During coaching sessions we’ll discuss your progress towards your goals, the actions you’ve taken, and the results achieved. We’ll also celebrate your successes and determine next steps. Between sessions you’ll complete agreed upon activities ranging from journaling, reading articles, to research, etc.
Coaching is always present and future focused and is most appropriate when you are ready to take the necessary steps to achieve the success you envision. If you desire help in processing and healing events from the past, professional counseling is a better choice.
